WooCommerce online stores

WooCommerce online stores that are simple to run.

We set up and improve WooCommerce stores for UK small businesses: products, secure payments, delivery and a checkout your customers can finish without frustration.

For new stores, you don't pay until you've seen your store working.

Sound familiar?

Common problems with online stores.

An online shop has more moving parts than a normal website. These are the problems we help with most.

People leave at checkout

Too many steps, surprise delivery costs or a confusing form.

How we help

A short, clear checkout that works smoothly on phones.

Hard to manage products

Adding products, prices and stock takes far longer than it should.

How we help

A tidy set-up, with simple instructions so you can manage it yourself.

A slow store

Product and category pages take ages to load.

How we help

We optimise images, plugins and caching for WooCommerce.

Payment problems

Payments failing, or not the options your customers expect.

How we help

Secure payment options such as Stripe and PayPal, set up and tested.

Delivery and VAT confusion

Shipping rates and tax settings that never quite add up.

Order emails going missing

Customers don't get confirmations, or you don't hear about orders.

How we help

Reliable order emails that reach both you and your customers.

What we set up

Everything a small online store needs.

Whether you're starting a new store or improving one you already have, this is the work we take care of.

Products and categories

Products, variations, prices and stock, organised so customers can find things easily.

Secure payments

Card payments, PayPal and other options your customers expect, set up securely and tested.

Delivery and VAT

Shipping zones, delivery rates and tax settings based on what you and your accountant tell us.

A simple checkout

As few steps as possible, clear costs and a checkout that works properly on phones.

Bookings and deposits

If you sell services, customers can book, pay a deposit or pay in full online.

Handover and training

Written instructions for adding products, handling orders and running your store day to day.

How it works

How a store project works.

Simple, in writing, and without surprises. You'll always know what happens next.

  1. 1

    Tell us

What you sell, roughly how many products, and how you want to take payment and deliver.

  2. 2

    Plan & price

We suggest the set-up and send you a fixed price and timeline in writing.

  3. 3

    Build & test

We build your store on a private preview link and test orders, payments and emails.

  4. 4

    Check, then pay

You try the store yourself. Once you're happy, you pay and we put it live.

  5. 5

    Handover & care

You get your logins and simple instructions. Ongoing care is optional.

Price & payment

See your store working before you pay.

Every store is different, so we agree a fixed price in writing before we start. For a new store, we build it on a private preview link and you only pay once you've tried it and you're happy. Improvements to an existing store are priced and agreed in writing before we begin.

Fixed price, in writing. No vague estimates, and no surprise extras.

Tested before launch. Test orders, payments and emails, checked properly.

Your store is yours. Your products, customers and data belong to you.

What affects the price
  • The number of products and variations
  • Payment, delivery and VAT set-up
  • Bookings, deposits or subscriptions
  • Moving products from another platform

Tell us a little about what you need and we'll reply by email with an honest idea of what's involved, before you commit to anything.

Questions

Things people usually ask.

If your question isn't here, just send us a message. A few lines is enough.

Ask us a question
Should I use WooCommerce or Shopify?

Both are good. Shopify can be simpler if you'd rather not manage anything yourself, but it has a monthly subscription. WooCommerce runs on your own WordPress website, gives you more control and is not tied to one company. We'll tell you honestly which suits your business.

Can you improve my existing WooCommerce store?

Yes. We often work on stores that are slow, confusing or not converting well. We look first and tell you what's worth changing.

Which payment methods can I use?

Most stores use Stripe for card payments, plus PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are often available through these too. We set up the options that suit your customers.

Can you set up VAT and delivery?

Yes. We configure WooCommerce's tax and delivery settings based on what you and your accountant tell us. We don't give tax advice, but we'll make sure the store does what you need.

Can customers book and pay for services?

Yes. WooCommerce can handle bookings, deposits and full payments for services as well as physical products.

Can you move my products from another platform?

Usually, yes. Products can often be exported and imported, then tidied up. We'll check what's possible before giving you a price.

Let's talk

Tell us what's happening with your website.

Describe it in your own words. You don't need to know exactly what you need. We'll reply by email with an honest view of what would help.
