Do you need my login details?
No, and please never send us passwords. We only look at what any visitor to your website can see.
What if my website isn't live yet?

What should I put in the screenshots?
Anything that helps us see what you see. For example, a page that looks wrong on your phone, an error message, or a design you're working on. Screenshots are optional.
What happens to my details and screenshots?
We only use them to reply to you. Screenshots are attached to the email we receive and are not kept on the website's server. We don't share your details or add you to any mailing list.
